Unity In Motion

This workshop introduces participants to the principles and movements of Unity in Motion.  Unity In Motion is a very gentle yet powerful form of movement that promotes physical, emotional, and mental balance and well-being.  It involves the use of very little energy for what people often experience as great gains in many areas including relief of tension and increased feelings of vitality, calmness and centeredness.

The slow flowing movements of Unity in Motion engage and strengthen the 19 energy centers of the body and their connection with one another in a continually more balanced way. The movements also gently encourage the opening of the 7 chakras in all directions. All of the movements are natural and expansive. They never involve the use of force to contract or stretch the body.  The practice of Unity in Motion also promotes the release of physical, emotional, and mental holdings or contractions in the body.  People of all ages, teens through seniors, can experience the benefits of Unity in Motion.
