In these
meditations, I guide you through an ancient Christian practice called "Lectio
Divina," Latin words which mean, Divine Lessons, or Sacred Reading.
The Divine Teacher, the Holy Spirit, not only awakens your ears to hear,
but also empowers you to respond to this Living Word of God. This way of
praying, of allowing the Word of God to speak to you here and now, flows very naturally through listening to the
Word as it is being read, reflecting on it in your heart, dialoging with
God about it, and resting in God’s presence and assurance, and finally
embodying some aspect of that Word in your life.
